'Out & About' in the Community

• Operate on most Saturdays (apart from during holidays).
• Parents will receive a letter inviting the child to attend approximately 2 weeks before outing.Times are approximately from 10.30am – 3.30pm but may change depending on the outing.
• SNAPPIE (SNAP’s minibus) collects children at 10.15am from Morrisons Car Park in the city centre. 
• At the end of the day children are dropped off at home from 3.30 – 4.30pm approximately.
• Alternatively, children may be dropped off at Drummond School at 10.30am and aso collected at the end of the session at 3.30pm..
• The number attending varies between 8 and 12 depending on the level of need and support of each client.
• Outings are organised in the community – examples are swimming, cinema, hall-based activities, and visits to parks.
