Staffing

The general ratio of staff is 1:3 although this ratio varies considerably, depending on the child’s needs and the overall group needs. Parents are regularly updated on staff changes within SNAP.

Each day at the After School Club/Holiday Schemes/and Out and Abouts there are generally 6 staff and 3 volunteers

All staff and volunteers must have two references and a ‘Disclosure’ check. Young Volunteers under the age of 16 do not have a criminal records check, but have 2 references.
